If your carrier charged you undue costs or you experienced service issues, you have the right to a formal complaint. If you don't get a response within 45 days, you can start a free AGCOM procedure.

Step-by-step procedure

Send a formal complaint to the operator
Every operator must provide an address for complaints. Send by registered mail, certified email or online form. Include: account number, problem, disputed amount, requested solution.
Always keep the receipt or protocol number.

Wait for the response
The operator has 45 days to respond.

File an AGCOM claim
Go to conciliaweb.agcom.it. Fill in the form and attach the complaint evidence. The procedure is free.
Without a prior complaint to the operator, the claim cannot proceed.
4
Attend the conciliation
AGCOM schedules an online meeting between you and the carrier's representative. Most cases are resolved here.
