Step-by-step procedure

Send a formal complaint to the operatorEvery operator must provide an address for complaints. Send by registered mail, certified email or online form. Include: account number, problem, disputed amount, requested solution.
Always keep the receipt or protocol number.

Wait for the responseThe operator has 45 days to respond.

File an AGCOM claimGo to conciliaweb.agcom.it. Fill in the form and attach the complaint evidence. The procedure is free.
Without a prior complaint to the operator, the claim cannot proceed.

Attend the conciliationAGCOM schedules an online meeting between you and the carrier's representative. Most cases are resolved here.
